Is aikido the martial art for you?

Aikido helps you learn how to unify mind and body, focus your attention, relax and keep calm in stressful situations. Aikido is non-competitive, suitable for both girls and boys, and does not require any special athletic ability.

Aikido classes with assistance in English are available in Yoga.The address of the Yoga dojo is 2-29-16 Yoga, Setagaya-ku (map is here). The dojo is a few minutes walk from Yoga Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. Easy walking distance from Seisen and St. Mary's international schools!

Classes for students age 7 to 15 are Wednesday from 5:00 to 5:55 pm, Wednesday from 6:00 to 6:55 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 to 10:55 am. Students age 13 and up are welcome to attend the adult class on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Membership includes unlimited practice at Yoga, Sangenjaya, Sakurashinmachi and Ebisu locations. Click here for information on the cost of membership.
