Is aikido the martial art for you?

Aikido helps you learn how to unify mind and body, focus your attention, relax and keep calm in stressful situations. Aikido is non-competitive, suitable for both girls and boys, and does not require any special athletic ability.

The dojo is a few minutes walk from Yoga Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. Easy walking distance from Seisen, somewhat longer from St. Mary's International School.

Classes for students age 5 to 15 are Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30 pm and Sunday from 10:00 to 10:55 am. Students age 13 and up are welcome to attend the adult class on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00.
